Russell Springs man arrested on strangulation charge

A Russell Springs man was arrested over the weekend on a strangulation charge.

Russell Springs Police arrested 40-year-old Eugenio Huete-Rojas Saturday morning and charged him with strangulation first degree and unlawful imprisonment first degree.

Huete-Rojas was arrested by Officer Brandon Bullock with the Russell Springs Police Department and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before 11:30 Saturday.
