Man wanted in Esto burglary case arrested

The Russell County Sheriff’s Office made another arrest last night in the case of a recent burglary in the Esto community.

The Russell County Sheriff’s Office arrested 38-year-old Ricky Franklin last night on multiple warrants. He also faces charges of fleeing or evading police first degree, resisting arrest, and menacing.

This makes four arrests in the burglary case, according to Sheriff Derek Polston.

Polston said all cases will be presented to a grand jury, where more charges may be forthcoming.
