A Russell Springs woman was arrested on a felony assault charge over the weekend.
According to reports, 32-year-old Chelsey J. Andrew of Russell Springs was arrested Saturday afternoon and charged with assault second degree – domestic violence, a Class C felony.
Andrew was arrested by Trooper Gadberry with Kentucky State Police and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center at around 2:45 Saturday afternoon.
