In-person absentee voting begins today at the Russell County Courthouse.
In-person absentee voting is available today, tomorrow, and Friday at the courthouse, and is for people who have an excuse for not being able to vote on election day or the early voting days.
In-person absentee voting is available from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the courthouse.
