Russell County Schools Superintendent Michael Ford provided the board of education with a recap of the district’s state assessment scores at Monday night’s meeting, noting that the district’s overall composite scores outpaced many others in the Green River Educational Cooperative.
The cooperative includes several neighboring school districts like Adair, Clinton, and Somerset, while stretching as far west as Christian County.
WJRS News spoke to Ford about the scores compared to other districts in the cooperative.
