Russell Springs woman charged with promoting contraband

A Russell Springs woman is charged with promoting contraband in neighboring Adair County.

According to jail records, 33-year-old Kelsey Lynn Sullivan was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail yesterday on charges of promoting contraband.

Sullivan was lodged in the jail just before 2:00 yesterday.
