A Russell Springs man was arrested on theft and other charges on Friday.
According to reports, 51-year-old Phillip S. Gadberry was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking valued between $1,000 and $10,000; criminal mischief second degree, and criminal trespassing third degree.
Gadberry was arrested and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just after 2:30 on Friday.
