Russell Springs City Hall will not be able to accept utility payments after 2 p.m. today.
Below is a message from City Hall on the issue.
Please be advised that City Hall will remain open today; however, we will be unable to process utility payments starting at 2:00 PM due to a critical system update. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to improve our services.
