The Russell County Laker Soccer and Lady Laker Volleyball teams came away with wins over Clinton County in district matchups last night.
The Laker Soccer team picked up a home win over the Bulldogs by a score of 8-0. They’ll be back in action on Monday on the road at Monroe County for another district matchup.
The Lady Laker Volleyball team went on the road and picked up a victory against Clinton County as well, earning a regular season sweep over the Lady Bulldogs. The Lady Lakers will play in a tournament at Barren County this weekend.
