Kentucky State Police arrested a Pulaski County couple this week on numerous child sex crime charges.
State Police say 37-year-old Christopher Sean Ethridge and 28-year-old Amy Ethridge of Somerset were arrested as the result of an undercover operation by the KSP Electronic Crime Branch after discovering Christopher Ethridge was sharing sexually explicit images of a young juvenile online.
Christopher Ethridge is currently charged with one count of sodomy first degree, one count of use of a minor under the age of 16 in a sexual performance, nine counts of of distribution of matter portraying a minor under the age of 12 in a sexual performance, and one count of procuring or promoting the use of a minor by an electronic means.
Christopher Ethridge was also charged with 20 counts of possession of matter portraying a minor under the age of 12 in a sexual performance.
Amy Ethridge faces the same charges, minus the first-degree sodomy charge.
Both were lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center.
