Russell Springs Code Enforcement Officer and Zoning Administrator Tom Holt earned a prestigious award at last week’s Kentucky League of Cities Annual Conference.
Holt received the Level III – Master of City Governance Award. The award represents 87 hours of approved courses and three hours of ethics training.
Holt has served as the city’s code enforcement officer and zoning administrator for about a year-and-a-half now.
