A Nancy man was arrested by Kentucky State Police Tuesday night.
According to reports, 61-year-old Timothy Helm was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance first degree, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, speeding 24 mph over the limit, and failure to produce insurance card.
Helm was arrested by Trooper Brown with Kentucky State Police and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just after 8 Tuesday night.
