Polly Jacob, 75, of Jamestown, passed away Friday, May 17th, at St. Joseph Hospital, Lexington, KY.

Polly was born in Russell Springs, KY on July 2, 1948, a daughter of the late Sabrie Hopper.

She was a homemaker.

Polly is survived by

One Son: Shannon McGowan (Susie), of Dunnville, KY.

She is also survived by grandson Coty McGowan (Laura), great grandson Hunter McGowan and a niece Beth Stephens.

She is preceded in death by her mother, husband Sonny Jacob, son Shane McGowan and a sister Patsy Stephens.

Graveside service will be Tuesday May 21st, 12:00 PM CT at the Fairview Baptist Church Cemetery on Hwy 80 in Russell Springs, KY with Pastor David Shepherd officiating.
