Two Jamestown men were arrested yesterday evening and charged with receiving stolen property.
According to reports, 49-year-old Tony S. Scales and 26-year-old Kolby Scott Conner were both arrested by the Russell County Sheriff’s Office and charged with receiving stolen property valued between $1,000 and $10,000.
Both men were lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before 7:45 yesterday evening.
