School board approves moving forward with new bus garage, football fieldhouse

The Russell County Board of Education met yesterday, giving approval to continue moving forward with two new construction projects: the demolition of the old bus garage and construction of a new garage, as well as building a new football fieldhouse.

WJRS News spoke with Russell County Schools Superintendent Michael Ford about this step in the process.

The new bus garage is expected to be located near Russell Springs Elementary School.
