The Russell County High School Basketball teams will wrap up the regular season with a doubleheader at Barren County tonight.
The Lady Lakers will take on the Lady Trojans at 6 p.m. with the Lakers and Trojans facing off in the nightcap.
As the regular season wraps up tonight, the teams prepare for the 16th District tournament which officially gets underway on Sunday.
The 16th District Tournament is hosted by Russell County this year, as Cumberland County and Clinton County will play in the girls 4/5 matchup on Sunday at 3 and Monroe County and Metcalfe County will play in the boys 4/5 matchup on Sunday at 5 p.m.
The winner of that Monroe-Metcalfe boys game will play Russell County in the district tournament Tuesday night.
