Nine indicted by grand jury

Nine individuals were indicted by a Russell County grand jury yesterday.

Those indicted included the following individuals:

Troy Doss, age 49 of Jamestown, charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, tampering with physical evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance and being a persistent felony offender.

Larry Padgett, age 49 of Russell Springs, charged with possession of methamphetamine.

Lagena Bottoms, age 53, and Shane Bottoms, age 51, both of Russell Springs, charged with theft of mislaid property valuing $1,000 or more and tampering with physical evidence.

James Melson, age 42 of Russell Springs, charged with burglary second degree, theft by unlawful taking under $1,000, and being a persistent felony offender.

Brandon Greer, age 34 of Greensburg, charged with theft by deception $1,000 or more and being a persistent felony offender.

Nicolette Hare, age 32 of Columbia, charged with three counts of bail jumping first degree and being a persistent felony offender.

Kelvin Wilson, age 50 of Russell Springs, charged with bail jumping first degree.

Kristina Partin, age 34 of Nancy, charged with two counts of bail jumping first degree and being a persistent felony offender.
