Mr. James Robert Price, age 81, of Russell Springs, KY returned to his Heavenly Father on Monday, February 19, 2024. Mr. Price was born in Russell County, Kentucky on October 1, 1942, to the late Luther Green Price and Loretta Brown Price.
Besides his parents he is also preceded in death by his wife, Milla Adese Dowell Price; a son, Eric Lee Price and several brothers and sisters.
He leaves to cherish his memory his son, Michael Price (Wendy); grandchildren, Donovan Price (Miranda), Kirsten Sewsanker (Jonathan) and Gabrielle Price; great grandchildren, Serenity Price, Brantley Price, Willow Price and Oakley Price; sisters, Ada Pennington, Mary Lee Scales and Betty Sullivan (Larry); brother, Jack Price (Elaine) and a host of other nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be conducted at 10 am on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road) with burial to follow in the Ridgecrest Cemetery in Russell Springs, KY. Friends may pay their respects on Monday, February 26, 2024, from 3 pm until 8 pm and on Tuesday from 9 am until time of service at the funeral home.
