Bill to end Daylight Saving Time in Kentucky introduced

A bill that would put an end to Daylight Saving Time in Kentucky has been filed in the Kentucky House of Representatives.

House Bill 674 was filed late last week. The bill would exempt the Commonwealth of Kentucky from observing Daylight Saving Time. Instead, Kentucky would observe Standard Time year-round.

If passed, this would go into effect on November 1.

Currently, Hawaii and Arizona do not observe Daylight Saving Time.
