Woodland Farms Foundation to supply money for students to use at book fairs

Russell County Schools made a big announcement at last night’s board of education meeting.

The Woodland Farms Foundation will be supplying money for students in Kindergarten through 5th grade to be able to use at upcoming Scholastic Book Fairs at the elementary schools.

Superintendent Michael Ford gave WJRS News more details about the announcement.

The Woodland Farms Foundation is involved with several local organizations, including the Russell County Public Library and ArtWorks, as well as providing scholarships.
