A Russell Springs man was arrested by Kentucky State Police on drug charges yesterday afternoon.
According to reports, 33-year-old Justin Emerson was arrested by Kentucky State Police and charged with possession of methamphetamine – third or more offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, public intoxication of a controlled substance, and other charges.
Emerson was arrested by Kentucky State Police and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center yesterday afternoon at around 4:40.
