The Russell Springs City Council will hold its regular monthly meeting this evening with several items on the agenda.
The council will have a special recognition of Donnie Wilkerson as well as check presentations for the WJRS Food for the Needy Drive and Russell County Jaycees Toys for Tots.
The council will also recognize the award winners from last month’s Christmas parade.
In action items, the council is expected to vote on a resolution regarding a street sweeper and other items.
The council will meet at 6 p.m. at City Hall on Main Street.
