A two-vehicle collision Sunday evening resulted in a Russell Springs woman being sent to the hospital.

According to Russell Springs Police, the collision occurred at around 5:20 Sunday evening when 66-year-old William Simpson of Russell Springs was operating a 1993 Nissan Pathfinder in front of Pizza Hut in Russell Springs and collided with a 2006 Chevy Impala operated by 76-year-old Lois Roy.
