Lady Lakers defeat Middlesboro, play in championship today

The Russell County Lady Laker Basketball team won in its second matchup at the Smoky Mountain Christmas Classic yesterday.

The Lady Lakers won big over Middlesboro High School by a score of 59-29.

The Lady Lakers play Notre Dame High School out of Chattanooga, Tennessee in the white region championship today.

Tip-off is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. CT.
