The Russell County Bowling teams were in action last week.
Last Thursday, the Mighty Laker Bowling Team hosted the Green County Dragons at Ralphie’s Fun Center in Glasgow.
The Lady Lakers Lady Lakers defeated the Lady Dragons 7 games to 0.
High scores for the girls were Autumn Huckelby with 177 and Karlie Scaggs with 171.
The Laker boys fell short as they were defeated 6 games to 1.
High scores for the boys were Chase White with 147 and Phillip Muthler with 114.
The bowling teams will be in action on Thursday as they host Wayne County at Ralphie’s Fun Center in Glasgow.
The bowling team still needs more members. Any student in grades 7-12 that is interested can see the Athletic director at the middle school, high school or contact Coach Brad Rexroat at 270-566-1279.
