Today is Inauguration Day in Frankfort for Governor Andy Beshear and while state offices will be closed today due to the inauguration, local county offices will remain open.
County magistrates and Judge Executive Randy Marcum were in agreement at last night’s fiscal court meeting that the courthouse would be open for business today.
The inaugural parade will begin at 10 a.m. CT in Frankfort with a public swearing in ceremony at 1 p.m. CT.
