Two people were arrested by Russell Springs Police yesterday afternoon.
According to jail records, Russell Springs Police arrested 28-year-old Jacob D. Wright of Jamestown and charged him with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance and wanton endangerment first degree.
Jail records also show Russell Springs Police arrested 29-year-old Karis Gallagher of Jamestown on the same charges, with an additional charge of operating on a suspended or revoked license.
Both were arrested by Officer Mason Miniard with the Russell Springs Police Department and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
