Columbia Man Arrested Friday Afternoon After Allegedly Fleeing Officers

A Columbia man was arrested Friday afternoon and charged with Fleeing or Evading Police Officers on foot, as well as Resisting Arrest, Operating a Motor Vehicle on Suspended License, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.    According to reports, 39 year old Steven Huff was charged with those offenses by Kentucky State Police after an earlier incident.  Huff was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center around 2:30 Friday afternoon
