An Adair County man was injured in a motorcycle accident Sunday evening.
According to the Adair County Sheriff’s Office, the accident occurred on Allen Schoolhouse Road about 9 miles east of Columbia.
Upon arrival, the preliminary investigation found that 47-year-old Mathew Lee of Knifley was traveling east on Allen Schoolhouse Road on a 2006 Harley Davidson motorcycle when he failed to negotiate a curve and left the roadway.
Lee was treated on scene by Adair County EMS and transported to TJ Health Columbia for additional treatment.
The accident is under further investigation by Adair County Sheriff Josh Brockman.
