Data from the Kentucky Department for Public Health shows 51 COVID-19 cases have been reported in Russell County this month.
That number includes only confirmed cases reported to the state health department.
According to the data, children have been most affected by COVID-19 over the last week with the highest incidence rate last week being amongst children 4 and under, followed by those ages 11-15.
