Jonathan Smith, vice president of operations for Branscum Construction, recently spoke with WJRS about the work going on at the new Russell County High School Athletic Complex.
Smith said as of now, the company hopes to have the football field finished in time for the Lakers to play one game on it this season, but said a lot of factors come into play on estimating a finish date.
