A Russell Springs man was arrested in Adair County on drug charges Friday.
According to jail records, 48-year-old Michael Ray Miniard was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of an unspecified drug, prescription drug not in a proper container, and multiple failure to appear charges.
Miniard was arrested by the Adair County Sheriff’s Office and lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail early Friday morning.
