A Russell County grand jury indicted 19 individuals yesterday.
Those indicted included the following:
- Ashely Ware, 34, of Russell Springs and Christopher Brown, age 37, of Russell Springs, charged with assault fourth degree.
- Kayla Oakes, age 29, of Jamestown, charged with flagrant nonsupport.
- Neil E. Campbell, age 53, of Monticello, charged with theft by deception $1000 or more and failure to make required disposition of property $1000 or more.
- Timothy Richards, age 36, of Campbellsville, charged with flagrant nonsupport.
- Samuel J. Rose, age 37, of Somerset, charged with fleeing or evading police first degree, tampering with physical evidence, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, driving under the influence, reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, and being a persistent felony offender.
- Peter Asman, age 63, of Russell Springs, charged with seven counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
- Joseph Harris, age 44, of Russell Springs, charged with sexual abuse first degree and being a persistent felony offender.
- Mark Edward Jonczy, age 63, of Russell Springs, charged with wanton endangerment first degree, unlawful imprisonment first degree, assault fourth degree, menacing, resisting arrest, and alcohol intoxication.
- Casey Pierce, age 40, of Russell Springs, charged with theft by unlawful taking $1000 or more and theft by deception.
- Thomas Cameron, age 23, of Jamestown, charged with possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, and distribution of sexually explicit images without consent.
- James T. Becker, age 39, of Russell Springs, charged with burglary second degree, theft by unlawful taking $1000 or more, and criminal mischief third degree.
- Miranda Butrum, age 35, of Jamestown, charged with bail jumping first degree and being a persistent felony offender.
- Tracy Nicole Munoz, age 37, of Jamestown, charged with bail jumping first degree.
- David B. Johnson, age 36, of Jamestown, charged with bail jumping first degree and being a persistent felony offender.
- Sarah Giles, age 43, of Russell Springs, charged with bail jumping first degree and being a persistent felony offender.
- Benjamin W. Bault, age 43, of Russell Springs, charged with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, possession of a controlled substance first degree, prescription substance not in the proper container, possession of a legend drug, failure to produce an insurance card, improper equipment, no registration receipt, and no registration plates.
- Jonathan K. Stephens, age 37, of Russell Springs, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to wear a seat belt.
- Lisa M. Beaty, age 48, of Albany, charged with promoting contraband first degree.
