A Monticello man was arrested over the weekend after reportedly providing a teenager with moonshine at the Wayne County Fair.
According to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, 45-year-old Michael Hanna gave a 17-year-old moonshine late Friday night.
Officers were told by the child’s mother that her son was given moonshine in a Powerade bottle.
Hanna was arrested for unlawful transaction with a minor and public intoxication, and lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
