He was born on Thursday, March 15 1956, in Somerset, Kentucky.
He was the son of:
Mother – Christine Norflett Foley, who has preceded him in death
Father – Arlus Maxcell Foley, who has preceded him in death

He was an employee of Wolf Creek Marina and played bass with the Higginbotham Quartet.
Funeral services will be 3:00 PM Sunday, July 30 2023 at Wilson Funeral Home, 391 East Steve Wariner Drive, Russell Springs, KY.
Visitation will be 12 NOON Sunday, July 30 2023 at Wilson Funeral Home, 391 East Steve Wariner Drive, Russell Springs, KY.
