Louisville man arrested locally on drug trafficking charges

A Louisville man was arrested locally for trafficking in methamphetamine.

According to jail records, 33-year-old Christopher Shanahan was arrested by Kentucky State Police and charged with trafficking in methamphetamine (second or more offense), no motorcycle operator’s license, and no registration.

Shanahan was arrested by Trooper Billy Begley with Kentucky State Police Post 15 and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center at about 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.
