The Center for Rural Development is asking residents of Russell and other area counties to take the Kentucky Broadband Speed Test.
The test is free, anonymous, and can be completed in about one minute. Those who have already completed the test are encouraged to do it again as a way to continue to gather data about broadband access.
The data collected will be used to determine broadband access in your community and create a map that will assist Kentucky communities in their efforts to secure grants and other support to improve broadband services.
