Jamestown man arrested in Columbia after fleeing police

A Jamestown man was arrested in Columbia after reportedly attempting to flee police.

Yesterday evening, officers with the Columbia Police Department and Adair County Sheriff’s Office attempted to serve a warrant on 35-year-old Nathan Harden.

According to law enforcement, when officers attempted to make contact with Harden at the front of the residence, he fled out the back door but officers were stationed at the back and were able to place Harden in custody without issue.

Officer Trevor Foster was the arresting officer.
