The Russell County Fiscal Court is seeking grant funding that will help with the local spay/neuter program.
The Russell County Animal Welfare League holds spay/neuter clinics at the Russell County DAV on Owenstown School Road periodically.
The grant funds the county is seeking would allow more people in Russell County to take advantage of the program.
