A Columbia woman was arrested after reportedly being found passed out behind the wheel of her cart at the Cookout restaurant drive-thru.
30-year-old Samantha West of Columbia was arrested and charged with driving under the influence – second offense, possession of marijuana, and possession of methamphetamine.
According to police, officers arrived and woke up West. She was charged following a field sobriety test and a search of the vehicle.
She was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
