The Russell County Sheriff’s Office released its monthly activity report for the month of May.
The sheriff’s office received 416 calls for service, made 30 arrests, and responded to 10 domestic calls.
The sheriff’s office worked 22 traffic accidents, including 7 with injuries. They also performed 12 mental health transports, served 56 court papers, and drove over 2,400 court security miles.
The sheriff’s office also performed 58 vehicle inspections and issued 36 concealed carry of deadly weapons permits.
