A Russell Springs woman was arrested Tuesday night by Kentucky State Police on drug and traffic charges.
According to jail records, 36-year-old Mary Sears was arrested by Kentucky State Police and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance second degree, possession of marijuana, failure to maintain insurance, and speeding 10 mph over the limit.
Sears was arrested by Trooper Roark with Kentucky State Police Post 15. She was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just after 9 p.m. last night.
