A Russell Springs man was arrested Tuesday night on a receiving stolen property charge, according to jail records.
Joseph M. Creekmore, age 28, was arrested by Deputy Joshua Phipps with the Russell County Sheriff’s Office and charged with receiving stolen property more than $1,000 but less than $10,000 and with public intoxication-controlled substance (excludes alcohol).
Creekmore was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before 8 p.m. Tuesday.
