A Russell Springs man was arrested for defrauding secured creditors by Russell Springs Police yesterday.
According to jail records, 55-year-old Paul E. Mills was arrested and charged with defrauding a secured creditor for more than $500 but less than $10,000.
The charge is a Class D felony.
Mills was arrested by Officer Vance Davis with the Russell Springs Police Department and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just after 9 a.m. yesterday.
