A Jamestown man was arrested by Kentucky State Police on drug charges Thursday afternoon, according to jail records.
Cody James Overby, age 30, was arrested by Trooper Billy Begley and charged with possession of a controlled substance third degree, drug unspecified, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Overby was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just after 2:30 p.m. Thursday.
