Russell Springs Police arrested a Columbia man Wednesday after he allegedly followed a woman and pointed a gun at her.
Alan Harden, age 61, was arrested and charged with wanton endangerment second degree and reckless driving.
According to a police report, officer Vance Davis was flagged down by a woman who said a man, identified as Harden, was following her and pointed a gun at her.
Harden reportedly pulled up in his car and said he did have a gun, but it was a BB gun. Officers were able to determine it was actually a BB gun. He also claimed that the woman and a passenger in her car yelled at him in another parking lot.
Harden was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
