The Russell Springs Fire Department responded to a field fire on West Highway 80 over the weekend.
According to Fire Chief Bobby Johnson, crews responded to the fire Saturday afternoon and were on scene about 30 minutes to control the blaze.
Nine firefighters were on scene and no injuries were reported from the incident.
