80 Food Mart #2: Retail 100%, Food 98%, Frigidaire freezer needs defrosting, reach-in freezer in poor repair, no paper towels at handwash sink, restroom doors not self closing

Russell County Stockyard Restaurant: 98%, kitchen floor in poor repair, wiping cloths not stored in sanitizing solution

Eli Country Store: Retail 100%, Food 93%, handwash signs required at all handwash sinks, grease build-up on floor and wall around grill, three compartment sink not set up correctly, restroom door not self closing on dining room side of store, food products not date marked on label, outdated medication on shelf for sale-corrected

Wall’s Lake Stop: Food 98%, Retail 99%, coffee stir sticks not properly dispensed, restroom door not self closing, thermometer required in all refrigeration and freezer units

An establishment may pass inspection by having a score between 85 and 100 but critical violations must be corrected within 10 days. Otherwise, violations are expected to be corrected by the next inspection.
