The Laker Cheer teams had a strong showing at the Rockcastle Challenge last Saturday.
The High School team won their High School Division and Game Day Divisions.
The Laker Cheer team also was the overall winner, finishing with the highest score of the day for all divisions.
The Middle School Cheer team also won their division.
Laker High School Cheerleaders Kylar Perkins and Makenzie Hatfield won the stunt competition and Hatfield won the tumbling competition.
The Middle School stunt group won the stunt competition. The team consists of Addison Coffey, Sydney Sapp, Layla West, Rachel McQueary and Lakynn Turner.
Addison Coffey won the tumbling competition for the middle school.
