The boil water advisories issued last week by the city of Russell Springs due to issues caused by the extreme cold temperatures in late December remain in effect as of Wednesday.
One advisory was issued for Highway 76 in Eli starting at Parksridge Road, including all of Highway 1611 and all of Highway 1383, and all the connecting side roads. Advisories were also issued for Steve Drive, Pine Top Road, Oliver Thomas Road and a section of HWY 910 back to R. Roy Road as well as Shepherd Drive, Village Drive, Rose Street, Woodland Drive, Gentry Mill Road, Lakeview Drive, Old Columbia Road from Tonkin Drive to the Adair County line, and all roads off Old Columbia Road due to a water main repair.
Another advisory was issued late Tuesday night for Diversion Ridge off Highway 127 due to a water main break.
